All I got was a beat-up fixer-uper GP strap from the Old Para for a buck. Didn't find what I was looking for But as soon as I got home, I thought of half a dozen things I needed or wanted that I saw there

I spent over 175 bucks in the first hour at the market. Basically all new repop web gear, new better blanket, new better socks, new better gloves, a toy popgun luger (which is selling online for 60 bucks, I got it in a grab bin for 5 ) and other assorted random items I cant think of right now.

I am just going to wait till I go to the reenactment. I want to see how good the deals. I don't need anything urgently because I don't have a gun so I can't really go to events yet. But thanks for the offer.

Do the Vietnam Mess kits look the same as the WWII mess kits.

Do the Vietnam Mess kits look the same as the WWII mess kits. well, yes and no. The are the same, but they will have a 1960s date on them, and some will have a serial number stamped on it. Just get a WW2 mess kit.

Evan, I know that, I was saying the Vietnam mess kits, as in mess kits made during the Vietnam conflict.
